Apon Bangla Card

The card will allow NRIs to communicate with business professionals and government officials. Cardholders will get invitation to participate in Bengal Global Business Summit (BGBS), Kolkata Film Festival, Kolkata Book Fair etc.

Pravasi Bangali Diwas

Celebrating such a day would allow NRIs/PIOs/OCIs of West Bengal connect with business professionals and government officials.

WB Pravasi Bhartiya Ratna Puruskar

Eminent NRIs/PIOs/OCIs of West Bengal may apply/ be nominated for the West Bengal Pravasi Bhartiya Ratna Puruskar through the web portal.

Grievance Redressal

It will be a comprehensive portal for the effective management, monitoring, and redressal of all grievances from all NRIs/PIOs/OCIs of West Bengal.

Prabasi BSK

Bangla Sahayata Kendra is a unique online delivery platform allowing access to 323 public services of 40 departments in the state government. This initiative is one of the cornerstones of the State Government in modernizing the public service delivery system and making government services accessible and convenient. These 323 public services available to residents of West Bengal will also be extended through the “Prabasi BSK” for NRIs/PIOs/OCIs belonging to West Bengal

Raise Query

NRIs/PIOs/OCIs of West Bengal can raise any queries seeking information related to any public service and the concerned department would address to such queries.

Provide Feedback/Suggestions

On the portal, NRIs/PIOs/OCIs of West Bengal can submit any feedback or suggestion directly to the Government of West Bengal along with relevant documents.
